My journey began in Finnish Lapland. Getting scouted as a model took me from Lappish solitude to live nomadically in between fast-paced metropolis. In search of inner peace and freedom I fell in love with meditation, yoga and positive psychology. They became a base of my well-being routine until I stumbled across conscious connected breathwork.
