Service Description

Would you like to do Breathwork with your partner or friends? Breathing Circle is Breathwork for 2-3 people. Typically, we do Conscious Connected Breathwork, a simple but powerful technique. It helps us to tap into an altered state of consciousness as well as process and integrate old emotions and stress patterns. On a physical level, it helps reduce tension in the body, and on a spiritual level, it’s a great way to explore the less tangible aspects of who we are. We start the session with a chat about intentions. I’ll teach a little bit of theory and the simple technique we’ll be using. The breath journey is done lying down, with music in the background. You’ll be guided verbally throughout the session, and gentle touch is used if you choose. You'll be focusing on your own experience. After the breath journey, we’ll have a moment to drink tea and share your experience with your partner/group if you choose so. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a benign modality; however, there are a few contraindications. This session is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or suffer from any of the following conditions: Epilepsy or seizures (of any kind) Psychotic or borderline psychotic states Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a previous psychiatric condition High blood pressure (not controlled with medication) Glaucoma (untreated) Detached retina (untreated) Alternatives for Consicous Connected Breathwork are Functional Breathing, Nervous System Regulation or Mindfulness. Each session is curated to meet your needs.
